Our practice is fee for service.  Payment is due on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made.  We accept most dental insurances and will file dental claims for you as a courtesy.

We accept many other dental insurances also.  Please call to inquire.  We also accept cash, check, and credit cards as forms of payment.
